On March 4 of this year, POTUS 47 gave his first speech to Congress. One of his early
statements was: “and I have stopped government censorship and brought back free speech in
America. It’s back.”

As we all know from the past several months, nothing could be further from the truth. POTUS
47 has had Stephen Colbert removed from late night TV by CBS because his satirical comments
against or making fun of him.

He has attempted to have Jimmy Kimmel removed from ABC for the same reasons. Whether
you feel Kimmel’s comments about Charlie Kirk were appropriate, it doesn’t seem like the
president’s place to urge networks to discontinue a program.

In his statements after Kimmel was suspended, POTUS 47 stated that some networks only
presented “bad stories about him 97% of the time.” Where this figure comes from nobody
knows. But he went on to say it should be illegal for them to talk about him that way and
maybe those networks should have their licenses revoked. Of course, he tries to convince the
public that Kimmel was suspended because he has no talent and his ratings are the reason ABC
suspended his show.

Fortunately, Disney chose to allow Kimmel’s show back on the air and take the side of free
speech. But neither one of these examples supports POTUS 47’s remark mentioned in the first
paragraph.

Last week, in his address to the leaders of the United Nations, POTUS 47, told the audience that
the United Nations pens a lot of nice letters where they mention things that need to be done.
But he went on to say, they never follow up and actually get things done.

Is this anything like giving Russia seven deadlines to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine or
there will be severe sanctions put on them? All seven deadlines of which have long come and
gone, and nothing has been done. In actuality, Russia immediately stepped up their attacks on
Ukraine and no action has been taken.

Another example I don’t have enough words left to cover is the weaponization of the DOJ. For
the past four years the GOP has criticized Democrats for weaponizing the DOJ against POTUS

Now we are all getting to see what real weaponization of the DOJ looks like.
