Kudos to Brian Barnett for another fine letter to the editor. His letter addresses the useless
criticism of former President Biden’s mental health without considering the brain demise of the
current president, who rambles and displays consistent signs of not just his usual narcissism,
but mental decline as each day passes.

To Brian’s list, I would add a dozen more specifics in support of his conclusion. They are all a
matter of public record.

1. The reckless, on and off, cripplingly tariffs which he has tried to place on virtually every
   nation in the world.
2. His illogical and radical increase in the deportation of undocumented, and some
   document, children and adults without the court review assured in our constitution.
3. Undermining the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) program which
   sends food and support to foreign countries suffering from poverty and various
   tragedies.
4. Elimination of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion programs across the government, which
   had been established to treat incidents of discrimination.
5. Further isolation of China by revoking all of their student visas.
6. Anti-intellectualism demonstrated in his battles with major universities.
7. Thoughtless firing of thousands of knowledgeable and valuable government workers.
8. Illogical attempts to limit years of significant environmental laws.
9. The freedom given to Elon Musk and DOGE workers to act without restraint.
10. Instead of honoring Flag Day, as previous presidents have done, he added millions of
    dollars to make it a celebration of his own birthday.
11. Kowtowing to the rich in his envisioned tax cuts and programs.
12. His constant profiting as president from selling Bibles with his picture on it, to his half-
    million-dollar membership fee to a Washington, D.C. private club, to a million- dollar
    admission to dinner to support his crypto venture, to spending taxpayer money to
    spend his weekends playing golf.

Clearly, his daily actions and erratic speeches raise serious questions about the sanity, not to
mention, the values of President Trump.
